How to Connect One Router to Another

   Unplug one of the network connections from your old router.

   Use this open port to connect the old router to the new routers WAN(wide area network) port.

   Connect the computers to the ports on the new router.

   Configure the new router settings to match the old router settings.

   Use IPConfig to check you current IP address

   Use this information to create a static IP on the computers connected to your network.

   Set the Default Gateway to the IP address of the router in which the computer connects.

   Check that all computers can access the internet and "see" each other on the network.
